If you’re like me, your complexion isn’t all one color or shade.  I have acne scars from when I was a teenager and rosacea leaves my face flushed in spots.  My uneven complexion makes me feel uncomfortable so I always to try correct it when I am doing my make up.  The Studio Gear Hydrating CC Cream helps even out my complexion and hydrate my skin throughout the day.

The Studio Gear Hydrating CC Cream transforms and enhances your complexion with this light, smooth formula. This foundation fights aging, retains moisture, and covers and treats blemishes with a non-oily, perfectly radiant finish. At 47, I appreciate that this helps prevent fine lines and wrinkles with collagen-building ingredients.  It helps restore skin elasticity by promoting moisture retention and brightens and illuminates skin with a non-oily, complete coverage application.

The Studio Gear Hydrating CC Cream is available in Linen, Natural and Wheat and is a SPF 20 which is an added benefit.

The linen shade was the perfect match for my complexion. It did work well under my foundation to even out my complexion much the way that a BB cream or primer would. The Studio Gear Hydrating CC Cream didn’t provide enough coverage for me to wear it alone although you might find it does depending on your complexion. I do like that this hydrates my skin for 72 hours which my traditional primer does not do.

  1. I am seriously so bad about moisturizing my skin. I know it is something I should get into the habit of now, but I never remember it as part of my daily routine. – Katy

  2. Reversing some of my Acne scars would be awesome. And of course signs of aging…yeah, there’s that too. Thanks!

  3. Look at your beautiful self! 🙂

I have somewhat uneven skin tone but I’m not exactly sure why. I know I had acne as a teenager but aside from that I don’t really have much problems aside from large pores. This sounds like a great product to help and I love the fact that it has added SPF!

  4. I really don’t understand about BB or CC creams. I do know you should moisturize and SPF is important, so this sounds like a good product. Thanks for the review.
