It’s an amazing feeling when you go from needing help to giving help.

At one point in my life, my family and I needed help and there were a variety of charities there to turn to. I’m not sure what we would have done if that wasn’t the case. Now that we are in a different place in our lives, it’s possible for us to help someone else. No matter where you are in your life, there is a way you can help right now with a simple tweet. This post has been compensated and product was provided. The story is my own.

There are a lot of ways that we can give back each day that cost very little or nothing at all. We can volunteer our time. We can simply offer a smile to someone that’s having a difficult day. We can recycle more and waste less. We can purchase brands that make responsible choices and give back like Paul Mitchell®.

This holiday season, Paul Mitchell® is celebrating their commitment to live beautifully by giving, because that’s their style. Whether that means taking steps toward sustainability, helping families in need or supporting underserved kids, Paul Mitchell® believes in doing good for people, animals and our planet. Join their global family and share why or how you give back on Instagram or Twitter with #GivingIsMyStyle, and they’ll donate $1 to one of their favorite charities on your behalf.*

  1. How wonderful. I love when companies give back like this. It’s important that there are places for people to go when needed. Not everyone has what they need all the time.

  2. Wow! I never knew Paul Mitchell gave back so much. Who knew amazing style and hair could be so philanthropic? I especially love that he’s so ciscious of the environment and helping animals.
