The Look: “We created an ‘Old Hollywood’ glam look for Beth. She wore her hair in a pinned-up bob style, so we went with a light vampy lip, a little smoke on the eyes and a flushed cheek.”

The Eyes: “I started with the bronze shade in the mark Exotic Hues Eye Shadow Trio on Beth’s lids, followed by mark Color Me In Eye Crayon and mark I-Mark Wet/Dry Eye Shadow in Truffle underneath her eyes. I lined her top lids using mark Keep it Going Longwear Eyeliner & Shadow in Exposure, and finished the smokey look with mark Lash Act Build & Define Mascara in Blackest Black.”

Face & Cheeks: “I started by applying mark That’s Brilliant Face & Eye Luminizer under Beth’s eyes, followed by mark Get a Tint Tinted Moisturizer Lotion SPF 15 in Light all over her face. Next, I applied mark Touch & Glow Shimmer Cream Cubes All Over Face Palette on her cheeks with a touch of mark Just Blushing Powder Blush in Dollhouse. I tended to any imperfections using mark Save the Day Anti-Acne Concealer Stick and set the look with mark Set Things Right Loose Powder.”

Lips: “I applied mark Lipclick Full Color Lipstick in Whiney to complete the ‘Old Hollywood’ look.”

As always, mark products let me get the look I want at a price that fits my budget.  I love that they have everything I could need no matter what shade I want.  I find bright and bold for my daughter and more neutral for me. They have new colors and styles for each season so I don’t get tired of my look.

  1. She does look beautiful! Some can get away with wearing all that makeup, but I wouldn’t. I’m just a plain jane and too much I look funny. I would go a lot lighter with it. What I remember back years ago we didn’t have that much different shades of anything to pick from. Now you go into a store and it’s like where do I start. But it is nice to have a lot to pick from.
