Review:  For the hot, summer months, I tend to prefer a lighter and more natural look.  Lip gloss can give your lips a touch of color and shine without making you look made up. It’s the perfect look to compliment a pair of faded jeans and a t-shirt.

Laura Mercier’s Lip Glace is not a new product.  There are 29 different shades to choose from. In June, Laura Mercier introduces her exclusive Summer Nudes Collection, pairing chic neutral shades together for the lips and nails. The collection features a variety of nude Lip Glacés and Nail Lacquers on trend for the season, offering high-shine color with a flawless finish.

Pout, Bare Baby, Pink Diamond, Bare Blush, Bare Beige, and Quartz are included in the Summer Nudes collection. Pout, Pink Diamond and Bare Baby are limited edition.  Bare Blush, Bare Beige and Quartz are permanent.

Bare Baby is a sheer pink/peach gloss that gives a hint of color and provides sheer coverage.   I love that it is not sticky when you apply it and it does not dry out my lips.  The color and shine last fairly long without the need to reapply. Definitely one of my favorite picks for a summer lip gloss.

Buy it: Laura Mercier products can be purchased online, from stores like Bloomingdale’s and Bergdorf Goodman, and on Amazon.

  1. I would try Laura Mercier Summer Nudes Collection because I don’t like a dark color. I like the color you’re showing the Bare Baby, it’s pretty. I’ll try it. Thanks!
