Cellulose acetate is a non-petroleum based plastic, primarily used for eyeglass frames so it does not irritate the skin and resists the build up of static charges. They offer a wide variety of styles and sizes of combs suitable for both men and women. Some of the combs even have a pick on the end for those that have a perm or use a pick in their styling routine.
I really love that these combs are made from a non-petroleum based plastic. I don’t like supporting the use of petroleum any more than I have to and it’s great to know that there is an alternative. The combs have a very stylish tortoise shell look to them too with gold colored writing on them. I found them to be very well made and nice and sturdy. These are going to last a long time and continue to offer the quality I need.
